Frequently asked questions.

Do you provide the equipment, or just the labor?
Both. We provide the sound, lighting, video, and staging, and the team to run it from planning through strike. If something specialized needs to be brought in, we know who to call.
Do you do walk-throughs before an event?
Yes, always. We love a walk-through. Seeing the space and the layout in person gives us a clearer picture and lets us plan the production better before we move into the design phase.
Do you handle the full production, or can we bring you in for just the AV?
Either. Some clients hand us the whole production, others bring us in for one piece, and we scope it to what you need. Our focus is the production and AV, the full technical side of an event. We are not the event planner or coordinator, we are the team that makes the technical side run.
Do you work with our planner, DJ, and other vendors?
Always. We coordinate with planners, DJs and artists, venues, and the rest of the team so the technical side fits the event.
Can you take over an event that's already in motion?
Yes. We can step in at any stage and pick up the technical side from wherever it stands.
Will your team be on-site to run everything?
Yes. We run the event live, from load-in through strike, so there is always someone on-site managing the technical side in real time.
Do you build custom or branded experiences?
Yes, and it is all digital. We design and build branded, web-based experiences for guests, like interactive quizzes or shareable photo activations that live on a screen or a phone. Each one is custom-built to match your brand and pull guests into it.
Do you offer recurring support for venues?
Yes. We partner with venues as their preferred AV vendor, learning the space and layout and handling the AV for the events they host.
How far ahead should we book?
The sooner the better for large builds and peak dates, but we're used to tight timelines and last-minute calls.
How does pricing work?
Every event is scoped to what it needs, so pricing follows the production. Send us your date and details and we'll put together an estimate.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We carry insurance and regularly provide certificates of insurance (COIs) for venues, hotels, and private events. Send us your venue’s requirements and we’ll get one over.
How do we get started?
Send us your date, venue, and a few details about the event. We’ll follow up with any questions, put together an estimate, and take it from there.
