Catch LA & Catch Steak

They trust us with the venue, and the client.
Catch LA is one of the most high-profile restaurants in the city, and for years Catch Steak was too. The kind of rooms where the guest list and the standard are both high. They are restaurants first, and both open their doors for private buyouts and events. For seven years we have been the preferred AV vendor for both, including their grand openings, supporting countless private events, venue buyouts, brand activations, and entertainment-driven nights.
The same rooms, but never the same event. Some nights are full buyouts, where the restaurant clears its tables and resets the entire space around the event. Other nights we ran a private event in Catch Steak's upstairs Red Room while dinner service continued below, coordinating with management so the two never got in each other's way. Across countless nights we have learned both venues in every configuration, so a new event isn't a fresh puzzle, it's a variation we already know how to solve.
When a night needs more than the room already has, we bring it in ourselves, from added screens and TVs to live streaming, and set it up so it looks like it was always there. In a room this refined, the technical side has to stay invisible, with cables hidden, gear out of sight, and nothing that pulls the eye from the space itself.
What sets us apart is the trust. When Catch takes a booking for a buyout or a private event, they can connect the client with us directly. We work with that client to understand what the night needs, then bring it back to the venue so everything stays aligned. Because we know the space that well, once Catch commits to an event, they know the technical side is already covered.
At this level, no one wants to manage the details. As Catch's preferred AV vendor, we take on the technical side of the event, including every technical conversation with the client, and they trust that it gets handled. That is the part they never have to think about. When the expectation is that everything simply works, we are the constant that makes it true.
