Louis Vuitton Las Vegas

When the chips are down.
Someone putting on an event in Las Vegas needed sound, DJ equipment, and microphones inside the Louis Vuitton store, and they brought us in from Los Angeles to deliver it. Not because we were the closest option, but because they knew the standard they would get. Inside a store like this, that standard is the whole point.
So we made our arrangements, loaded the equipment, and started the drive out to Las Vegas. Somewhere along the way, the vehicle broke down. That is the kind of thing that can end an event before it ever starts. It did not end this one.
We had left a day early, on purpose. We always plan for the thing that can go wrong and build in the time to absorb it, so when the car gave out, we still had room. Had we left the day of the event, we never would have made it. Instead we got everything to Las Vegas early, set it all up cleanly, and the event ran flawless. Nobody in that room had any idea anything had gone sideways on the way in.
When it was over, we rented a truck and a trailer, loaded our own vehicle onto it, and towed it back to Los Angeles. That is the part a client never sees, and it is exactly why they call us. Anyone can run a show when everything goes right. What you are really paying for is the team that still delivers when it does not. When the chips are down, the night still looks perfect, and you never had to think about it once.
